About The Corner Church
We’re excited to share that Southview Community Church and Bridgeway Church are merging together to form a new, unified church family: The Corner Church.
This merger is a partnership between two healthy and vibrant churches with shared beliefs, values, and a deep desire to see lives transformed by the love of Jesus. More than anything, this is a missional decision—we believe we can do more for God’s glory together than we ever could alone.
By combining our strengths, we aim to:

The Corner Church’s mission is simple: “Leading people to know and grow in Jesus.” Our vision is “Seeing God’s love transform every generation.”
Both churches bring a rich history of serving locally and globally—supporting nonprofits in the D.C. Metro area and partnering with international missionaries. Together, we’ll expand that impact even further.
